Tramite il proprio sito internet, la UnitedHealthCare Professional Cycling Team ha confermato il roster per la prossima stagione. Tra i nuovi acquisti spicca il nome di Matthew Busche, campione americano su strada in arrivo dalla Trek Factory Racing; Daniel Eaton (Axeon Cycling Team), Tyler Magner (Hincapie Racing Team) e Daniel Jaramillo (Jamis-Hagens Berman) sono le altre novità del 2016.
Dall'altro lato invece sono in uscita Bolivar, l'esperto velocista Forster, gli italiani Bazzana, Frattini (ritirato) e Ratto (Androni-Sidermec) e Reijnen (Trek Factory Racing).
