Riis Cycling e i suoi due sponsor, Saxo Bank e Tinkoff Bank, hanno annunciato che nella prossima stagione la squadra sarà chiamata "Team Saxo-Tinkoff", a differenza della denominazione del 2012 che, con l'ingresso della banca russa, era diventata "Team Saxo Bank-Tinkoff Bank".
Per la stagione 2013 sono stati effettuati 10 nuovi ingaggi, che andranno a comporre una rosa che conterà un totale di 30 corridori.
Nuovi Acquisti: Daniele Bennati (Radioshack), Matti Breschel (Rabobank), Timothy Duggan (Spidertech), Roman Kreuziger (Astana), Marko Kump (Adria Mobil), Jay McCarthy (Team Jayco-AIS), Evgeni Petrov (Astana), Nicolas Roche (Ag2r La Mondiale), Rory Sutherland (UnitedHealthcare), Oliver Zaugg (RadioShack-Nissan).
